Founded in 2001, Independent Investment Associates Limited is a Chartered Financial Planning firm and specialises in the provision of comprehensive and truly independent investment and estate planning advice to private clients and trusts.
As a firm we enjoy corporate Chartered Financial Planner status – one of only a few firms locally to do so. Chartered status is instantly recognised. It is the benchmark for high professional standards, demanding excellence in everything you do. To achieve this status a Chartered firm must, amongst other requirements, ensure:

Further, we are rightly proud that all of our senior Financial Planners are individually chartered, something which sets us aside in the area.

The company has grown strongly since inception and now operates from large premises in the centre of Grange over Sands. The firm is widely regarded as being a leading specialist in the North West with a justifiable reputation for quality and excellence.
IIA Ltd is owned and managed by its 5 directors and has 18 full time members of staff, all looking after over 725 active clients and in excess of £325 million of clients' assets under management.
